Manager of Supply Chain
At Arizona G&T Cooperatives, we are dedicated to supporting our mission and ensuring the sustained viability of our operations. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our purchasing processes, manage insurance risk, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the Cooperative's purchasing processes, ensuring they align with our Supply Chain Management Guidelines. This includes hands-on purchasing activities, vendor negotiations, and collaboration with the Warehouse Manager on inventory planning. Additionally, you will manage the Property and Liability Insurance Risk Management program, coordinating policy applications and addressing internal coverage inquiries. Compliance with NERC procedures will also be a critical part of your role.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Successful candidates should have a thorough understanding of supply chain management practices including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and database management. A strong understanding of supply chain management practices and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) are essential. Excellent communication skills and a CPSM certification are preferred, and experience with corporate insurance programs is a plus.
Salary: $10,774.33/ monthly (salary will be dependent upon education and experience)
