Part-Time Finance Assistant
Assistant to Finance Manager. Duties include processing and entering bill payments. Performing reconciliations. Liaising with other State agencies as needed. Payroll entry and verification. Work with employees to update payroll deductions and information. Manage supplies and perform annual inventory. Stay up to date with State of Arizona Accounting Manual. Attend meetings for benefit and payroll updates. Cover all Finance activities while Finance Manager is on vacation. Other duties as assigned.
Must have a background in bookkeeping / accounting. Cash handling experience. Organized. Ability to multitask. Clear and efficient communication skills. Strong ability to learn and adapt – especially to new systems and software. Integrity.
